  • Any request made after the 3-day period will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the company’s shipping address.

  • The buyer is responsible for sending the product back to the company’s shipping address.

  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned or exchanged items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
